The OCDBE team offers a variety of consultation services through phone, email and through onsite visits to a home, school or community agency. All of our consultants have years of
experience working in variety of areas related to deafblindness.
One of our most popular consultative services is the Deafblind Technical Assistance Program, or DBTAP. A DBTAP visit can be requested by a parent or professional working with a child
registered on the OCDBE census and can take place at a home or agency. Requesting a visit is as easy as completing these two forms:
